Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years, 1 spray in each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.

Ingredients:
0.1% xylometazoline hydrochloride; menthol; eucalyptus.

Warnings:
Prolonged use for more than 3 days is not recommended.
